Should you Buy the NEO Dip? Or Sell?! Litecoin is Crushing It!

NEO has taken a hit since it’s all-time high. Is it time to buy the dip? Or does the threat of potential Chinese ICO regulation mean you should sell?

Right now, it looks like things are stabilizing a bit for NEO, so I’m watching the price movement closely. I’m currently not invested in NEO, but I’m interested in joining the party again.

I’m watching for NEO to either drop below $30 or jump above $36 before I make a move.
