A stray dog was left for dead after being covered in tar at a factory in south Taiwan. Heartbreaking footage shows Shan Fu the black dog being rescued and cleaned and given a second chance at life after it was found trapped in asphalt. Shan Fu was rescued by Hsu Wen-liang, a co-founder of a local animal sanctuary after being spotted by a worker on the ground of a bitumen plant.
