UPDATE & CORRECTION: The Twitter @Bitcoin account was hijacked either by 1) legal threat or by 2) sale & breach of agreement. It is possible the account was sold under the agreement that it would be used a certain way and then that agreement was breached. In that case, the litigation would be against the one who breached the contract (the purchaser). Either way, the account transfer was accomplished by devious and underhanded means.
