Cory Johnson, Ripple’s Chief Strategist, revealed in a recent interview that he and his team are in talks with the Trump Administration. That’s a big deal! I’m not sure any other cryptocurrencies can boast the connections that Ripple has. One of the major points of interest is economic control of XRP because there is no mining. Also the environmental impact of mining is negated because XRP has already been mined.
Speaking of mining, most Bitcoin and Ethereum mining happens in China. You know what also comes from China? Justin Sun! How’s that for a segue, huh? Anyway, Justin Sun got us all shook up over the weekend by announcing a partnership with a company valued at tens of billions USD. Turns out, he was full of crap! Tron has purchased cloud computing capacity from Chinese juggernaut Baidu. I use iCloud, so I guess I’ve got a partnership with Apple. Boo-yah! I’m kind of a big deal, I guess. Anyway, sell your TRX if you want to keep any gainz from the past couple of days.
