It’s easy to set up runs and create protocols with the user interface of the Bio-Rad PROTEAN i12 IEF system. This video demonstrates all steps and options in protocol creation in a logical progression.
You can specify up to ten steps in each protocol, each with a unique voltage, voltage ramp, current, and duration (hr or Vhr). Preprogrammed protocols are included for commonly-used run conditions. Easily transfer protocols and data files to/from a USB flash drive.
