Joe Vogelbacher and Eric Flanigan, co-founders of Sugar Creek Brewery in Charlotte, NC had a foam problem. They were losing more than $30,000 a month through the manufacturing process. So Sugar Creek Brewery turned to IBM’s artificial intelligence and IoT platform paired with Bosch’s IoT sensors to improve bottling operations and the quality of its craft beer.
