In this video I assemble the X Axis linear actuator for the latest rendition of the CNC machine. It uses larger HGR15 rails and two thicknesses of Valchromat plates. I’m actually going to recreate the machine you’ll see at the end, as a smaller 600×600 rail model which I’ll replace the current smaller one – and in the process write the manual. The manual has been something I’ve mentioned on and off several time but each time I took a step forward I noticed something which prevented me from committing the design in writing. But this is the one… again.
