Zooko and his Electric Coin Company along with the Zcash Foundation and their ZEC community have voted to extend the 20% dev. tax “founders reward” for another 4 years as a “development fund” with 7% going to ECC, 5% going to the ZEC foundation, and 8% being dedicated to Zcash grants.
