It was recently uncovered that the Cardano (ADA) ecosystem was a participant in a European Union Horizon 2023 funded project (Grant Agreement 780477) that built prototypes of blockchain use cases for voting, health insurance, and academic credential records. While this definitely seems like a testament to IOHK and Cardano’s constant pursuit of every possible opportunity, it also seems like it is probably “the deal before the deal.”
