This is an addendum to the first chapter in my deep-dive Cardano (Ada) series. It includes a correction (regarding the way the Ouroboros consensus mechanism works) as well as answers and explanations for a few comments and questions I received.

In this video, I go into more detail about how Ouroboros works, explaining it on a deeper level, including discussion of long-range attacks, chain density, and the plenitude rule. I also talk about sybil attacks on the Cardano network and bootstrapping from the genesis block.
I am hard at work on chapter two of this series, so stay tuned!
