(BREAKING) Judge Gives Verdict On Ripple MoU Dispute! XRP News, Price & More!

We had been waiting for many weeks now but finally the Judge has given the verdict regarding the ongoing discovery dispute between Ripple vs the SEC. This is specifically related to a request that the SEC has been asking from foreign regulators. Unfortunately the Judge has sided with the SEC in this instance. Allowing SEC to continue to use Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Although this might seem like a victory for the SEC, there was a twist. SEC can continue to use these MoUs but it has to inform Ripple. These are related to the previous MoUs and future ones. So from now onwards whenever the SEC has to ask foriegn regulators about XRP, Ripple will know. And, this in my opinion is a victory for Ripple XRP.
