Cardano ADA, are you HODLING it? You're gonna LOVE this!

Hey guys, it’s Cindy with CryptoPig and today we have a Daily Token Review and two really awesome crypto news segments to share with you.

On CoinMarketCap, it’s a pretty positive day. Now, for our top 3 tokens, we have Bitcoin Ethereum and XRP, with them gaining 2.43, 3,65, and 2,20 percent respectively. This trend even continues in the top 20, all greens in the market, with very major increases from Dash increasing by 5.75 percent, Ontology, by 6.58 percent, NEO by 4.01 percent, and Tezos by 7.93 percent.

Now onto the news! First up we have Cardano’s Ada which was announced by the Cardano Foundation, that it is now supported by ledger and can be integrated with the original Yoroi Wallet. We knew last year that Ledger was working on adding ADA coin support by the end of 2019, but we’re lucky enough to have it now.

The Ledger Nano S now support Cardano’s ADA. Having a well-known, trusted, and CSPN certified hardware wallet that can store my ADA tokens really gives me a lot more reassurance.

Now moving on to the second piece of news. A piece that trended pretty hard in the DAILY HODL is a polarizing article that looks at the new decentralized Bitcoin revolution versus the existing banking legacy system. The article dives deep into the existing banking system and explains the problems there are.The author believes that the formula for a better banking model is one where: matched funding (deposits and loans) + insurance + blockchain technology work together. He noted that it will reduce inequality, combat authoritarianism and diminish excess variance in the business cycle.

So what are your thoughts on this situation guys?
Do you think that Cardano ADA support by Ledger, can kickstart something new for Cardano and the Cardano Community?
And do you think it’s really all or nothing? Whether we have to be with the banks or with Nakamoto’s vision?

Let me know what you guys think in the comments below. It’s Cindy with CryptoPig, catch you guys around!
