What is Tron (TRX) and Why is it on the Rise! Answer for Net Neutrality being Killed?

http://www.ThinkingCrypto.com Tron is a project looking to create Web 4.0! Founded by Justin Sun, the protégé of Jack Ma. Justin worked for Ripple from December 2013 – January 2016.
What problem is Tron trying to solve?
Tron is trying decentralize the web by using blockchain as major corporations get the majority of the views on the web and also have massive control on what happens. Corporations such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, Apple etc. There is censorship, demonetization of independent thought etc.
Mission / Core Values:
-Data creators (users) will have the fundamental ownership of data, and the internet should be decentralized. This was proposed by doctor Tim Berners-Lee at the time when the internet was born and the original intention for creation of the internet.
-Those who make a contribution to ecological TRON will be entitled to proportional profits according to rules. A value network has the greatest advantage that may digitally capitalize anything in social and media networks.
-All forms of contribution should be of equal quantitative value. Substantially, the time invested by participants, excellent contents created and attention are of the measure value as equal as the furnished capitals.
-The fundamental objective of TRON is to provide services for the public. As an ecology operated by a non-profit foundation, TRON is designed to serve the masses who enjoy content entertainment throughout the world, rather than for the purpose of gaining profits. All TRON participants will benefit from its prosperity.
-Contents should derive from people rather than capitals which should be used to reward people rather than to control people. Cultural and creative industries should be mainly driven by the pursuit of the quality of art and contents by content creators, artists and scriptwriters rather than the capitalists who consume no contents.
Why the Sudden Price Increase?
Tron entered December 2017 trading for fractions of a penny at US$0.002. By the end of the month, a single coin was worth US$0.04, a staggering 1,900% increase in only a month.
Recently, Justin Sun took to Twitter to hype his maturing brainchild. On the last day of 2017, Sun prophesied that “#TRON will be Top 10 in 2018.” His foresight was impressive, as even Sun likely wouldn’t have guessed that his prediction would come true a mere 5 days later.
Days into the new year, Sun also teased the potential of a game-changing partnership, noting in a January 4 tweet that Tron plans to announce a “partnership with a very prestigious public listed company next week.”
