The Long Island Serial Killer has never been caught, although there have been suspects. Shannan Gilbert was found in a marshy swamp that led to the discovery of many more bodies. The Long Island Serial Killer (LISK) is still out there. Although they have arrested Andrew Frey recently who might be connected, but nothing concrete has come out about if there is a connection.
